A few days away from the usual pace of life.

Tucked between golden hills and the salt-washed coastline of North Norfolk, Barsham Barns is a calm, open, beautiful space to rest, move, and breathe.

This is a retreat for slowing down properly, breathing more slowly, and savouring the days and evenings. With only nine spots, this retreat is perfect for a gentle getaway.

The Great East Barn is light-filled, warm, and spacious, with room to stretch out and settle in. There’s a long table for shared meals, soft corners for reading or napping, a private garden, and a hot tub for fresh air and long soaks. Mornings feel softer. Evenings stretch out gently. Everything invites you to take your time.

What’s included

  • 3 nights in calm, comfortable ensuite rooms

  • Three nourishing vegetarian meals each day, with dietary requirements carefully considered

  • Morning and afternoon yoga suitable for all levels and varying from warming vinyasa to slower and more restorative practices

  • One longer, slower workshop

  • Space for rest, self-practice, or doing nothing at all

  • Time outside, walks, big skies, and open air

  • Hot tub and cosy evenings

  • Optional but included in price: brewery visit, apple pie baking, and making our own signature cocktail

Everything is opt-in. There is no pressure here, just space.

Early Bird rooms and pricing - all rooms have an en suite bathroom

  • Private double rooms £1,100

  • Twin rooms (two people sharing) £875

  • King-size four-poster double room £1,200

Booking
To book your place or ask questions, email withnajiab@gmail.com and include the type of room you would like to book.
I’ll then hold your booking for 24 hours while your £150 deposit is completed.
The remaining balance is split into two payments, due on 1st July 2026 and 1st September 2026. I’ll send gentle reminders and bank details ahead of each date.

Getting there
The venue is a 3.5 hour drive from Oxford and 2.5-3.5 hours from London depending where in the city you’re travelling from. If you’re coming from elsewhere in the UK or internationally, we will make sure your journey is as simple and easy as possible.

Train travel from Oxford to Kings Lynn is 3 hours, and from London Kings Cross it’s 1hr 45 mins. The venue is a 40 minute taxi ride from the train station and we’ll organise shared taxis so that the journey feels simple.
